Delivery time
Normally the goods are sent within one to four working days if everything you ordered is in stock. We have some products only in the stores, ie they are "out of stock" on budofitness.se but can be found in one of our stores https://budofitness.se/dealers. We do not apply backorders. If one or more of your products are out of stock, the part of the order that can be sent is usually sent as quickly as we can, normally one to two working days and then the items that are out of stock can be ordered again. We reserve the right to any final sale with our suppliers. For the delivery, the time it takes for the shipment to reach the place of reception is added. For most places in Sweden, it is another one to two days. The delivery time outside Sweden takes a few extra days for the shipping companies and that customs clearance is required for Norway that is not part of the EU, which also means that it takes a little longer.
Shipping options
We offer the following shipping methods:
- PostNord via agent (Mypack). For order weights up to 20 kg. You will receive a notice via text message or letter and pick up the package at one of PostNord's 1600 postal agents and approximately 300 delivery points.
- PostNord home delivery during the day. For order weights between 20 kg and 999 kg. You will be notified by PostNord's local office in your area and then receive the delivery to the gate or the plot boundary.

For deliveries outside Sweden
Free shipping does not apply, here you can calculate approximate shipping price worldwide. The delivery time outside Sweden takes a few extra days for the shipping companies and that customs clearance is required for Norway that is not part of the EU, which also means that it takes a little longer. Shipping fees We offer SEK 69 in shipping with the exception of bulky and extra heavy deliveries where extra shipping debit is automatically added to the checkout before check-out / payment, read more. Invoice
We offer invoices via Klarna for test subjects or for resellers via a special credit application with an invoice fee of SEK 19 incl. VAT.
Change of delivery point
In the event of a change of delivery point for a delivery that has already been sent, a cost of approximately SEK 250 will be added by PostNord.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. In that case, the product must be returned in new condition and in original packaging. The receipt must be attached. If you want to return or complain about an item to us, you must fill in the return slip that you order from us at kundservice@budofitness.se. When exchanging or returning, you are responsible for return shipping and the first shipping cost (even when using our return slip), at least SEK 300. The product must be unbroken and unused. Upon return, the item must be returned in a box for the return to be valid. Refund will be made as soon as possible, Items that we ordered at home especially for you, or that we printed and / or embroidered to order can not be returned
The full right of return only applies if the product is in new condition with undamaged original packaging, unused and in fully salable condition at full price for a refund of the entire amount. If the product is assembled / used, a deduction is made on the price of at least 20% depending on wear. The customer is responsible for any return shipping, disassembly and handling. When trying on clothes or other textiles, remember not to leave stains from makeup or scents from e.g. strong perfumes, deodorants or anything else that smells strong. Also hair from eg dog or cat, the next customer may be allergic We do not accept these returns. If you have shopped against an invoice, you must also contact Klarna regarding the return. This is to avoid any reminder fees. Unfortunately, the transport time for return packages is sometimes up to 5-10 days before they reach us, which affects the processing time for returns.
If the package has not been picked up within 14 days and it is returned to Budo & Fitness. The customer is charged for costs regarding shipping, return shipping, handling fee and packaging. The fee is SEK 300. The invoice is sent out with Klarna.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing via our web shop, the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act for distance contracts and home sales agreements (only applies to private individuals), read about the right of withdrawal here. You have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving (receiving) the product. When we have received the goods, we credit what you paid for them.

Your return of the item must take place within two weeks after you have received (acknowledged) it. We charge SEK 300 in fees for returns that are not sent back within 14 days. The right of withdrawal can only be used if the product is in new condition and original packaging with possible labels is undamaged / not removed. For example, underwear, suspensors and the like must not have been used. Clothes and suits must also not have been washed. If the product is not in new condition and salable with any boxes, labels, etc., the return will not be approved and refund or exchange will not be accepted.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods where the seal has been broken. This applies, for example, to plastic boxes and the like. Right of withdrawal does not apply if the product is ordered through one of our stores. Christmas shopping Valid 1-24 December with extended right of exchange until 7 January in the store and extended right of return in the web shop until 31 January. Lost return shipping note If you have lost your return shipping note, you will be responsible for the return cost yourself.

The package must be sent with a shipping method that delivers directly to us. For example, DB Schenker Parcel, PostNord's Business Package or other services where delivery is included. We do not redeem shipments sent to a parcel agent. We do not redeem recommended shipments, as it requires a signatory to pick up the package. Packaging remember that you are responsible for the product is well protected in the transport back to us, package the product well. The product should be returned in the original product packaging with the specially made inner packaging that is made to protect the product. Then place this carton in the transport packaging in which the product was delivered to you. If you do not have this packaging left, it is of course fine with equivalent packaging instead. Therefore, remember to save these boxes, at least for the 14 days from you received the item to which your right of withdrawal applies. Complaints If the product you bought turns out to have a manufacturing defect, we will of course fix this for you, we will fix it in the first place.
